Hello everyone....better late than never. I never introduced myself when I joined. Forgive me for that.

I just want to say that there is just so much I have learned this past while (on this site and about food ) and the experience you all bring to the table, well, it is just simply terrific and I am humbled and ready to learn so much more.

Thank you....I am going back to the forum now.....goodbye.
