just wondering if anyone else makes this and if you do, how do you handle drying it out and exactly how dry do you make yours?

personally, i have been putting the meat in a pan and constantly mixing it at low heat until i get what i think it right.... which unfortunately depending on how much i am making can take anywhere from 2-5 hours.

im hoping that someone else has some ideas that might cut down the time to do this...
