G'day!
I'll be visiting Australia next spring (spring our time, not yours!) on another trip to see family and friends.
I hope you will enjoy reading the site - there are some fascinating articles on here and some amazing photographs, too.
Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own. Lots of curry interest here - the UK has now replaced roast beef with curry as its favourite 'national' dish!

Hi Mick,
Looking forward to hearing from you. What kind of place do you run? I mean is it Indian food, Thai, a mixture, or do you do fusion cuisine.
You obviously have some fabulous ingredients to work with which must make your job all the more exciting. I'm envious. Obviously we can source them too in Scotland, but its not always easy in the provinces and they've travelled thousands of miles, so not at their peak.
