Hello everyone! My name is Stefanie, the creator of Stefanie's Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake. I am really excited to be here to learn as much as possible to help me in the baking industry. As a Scot, I have no idea what red velvet cheesecakes may be - but I'm prepared to be stunned by such!

Sorry, I didn't know that skimpy clothing was called Red Velvet cheesecake in 'American'.
