Went to the megamart down the street to get something for dinner, had a few ideas in mind. Much to my delight I found they had once again labeled bone-in pork loin roasts as shoulder, for $1.39 a pound. So roast pork tonight.
And then I get home to find that a package from a sister-in-law arrived, and it included a present for me - Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Wow, very nice. Hey, maybe I'll look at the book for some roast pork ideas....
