Hello and welcome!
You are obviously a person of few words... :lol: but I hope you will take the time to read some of the very interesting articles on here and look at the photographs which are amazingly good!
I'm an at home cook, too - and we have all levels of culinary ability here from those just starting out to master chefs. Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting or start your own. The professional areas are read-only for us non-professionals, but they still make really interesting reading and you can pick up a lot of knowledge, simply by reading them.
