I'm a long time restaurant/institutional guy that has since left the culinary industry. However, food has always been a passion, so about a year ago I started a cooking blog. I started just adding my recipe collection, but then I decided it would be fun to shoot instructional videos. I tend to focus on the chemistry that is involved with the cooking process (after all, that's what cooking/baking is).
