Hello all,

My name is Greg, and I'm an ex restaurant/hospitality vet. Being front and back of the house is a good thing for massive character building and enjoying the "spice" of life.

Now, I'm at the begining stages of starting my own guiding business, dealing with the outdoors, and gourmet (as possible) food.

Hello, Greg, and welcome. Have a look around and get an idea for all the good stuff here: blogs, photo gallery, cooking articles, etc. We have a search tool to help you sift through the forums, too. If outdoor cooking is your interest, you'll note that one of our newer forums is for the camp chef.
