I Like the topic of the site.
Hope to add information on hygiene issues and cleaning burnt and discoloured stainless steel catering equipment, the tool's of the trade are as important as the chef's

Welcome to Chef Talk! According to your profile, you're a butcher. I think we have a few butchers here, but anyone who knows how to break down an animal- and prepare it in interesting ways!- is most welcome. You may want to take a look at the Special Guest forum we had here a bit ago with Bruce Adells. That's one guy who loves meat.
