I've posted an entry on kitchen knives to my CT blog, ChefTalk Cooking Forums - COOK FOOD GOOD, Blogging BDL's Cookbook

It's the first of a series of lots of posts trying to put together a chapter length primer on how to enjoy and buy kitchen knives. I'd appreciate it if you could glance at it, and would similarly appreciate any feedback you care to give -- whether here or in the blog comments.

It looks like a great start to a primer on kitchen knives. Your posts are always extremely insightful and knowledgeable. I look forward to reading the rest of the series!
