so every year for thanks giving at my work ,we do a huge buffet. the past 4 years, i have made a decobread cornucopia filled with marzipan fruits. while the higher-ups love my work, i'd like to do something new. i have access to isomalt, so a little pulled sugar would be ok for me to do, but im not looking to do a showpiece-as it will get broken by small children at the buffet.
so does anyone have any ideas for me for an autumn centerpiece? any help is appreciated :)
