macaroni and cheese for 150

good morning

I got a phone call last night from a church member asking me to make macaroni and cheese for the family of a lady that just died. I plan to make the recipe for Lady and Son's (which my fmaily really enjoys), i just dont know how much pasta to make. In as much catering as i have done, i dont think i've served this as a side dish! And also, when it comes to dried pasta euating to cooked pasta...whats the ratio, about 2:1? or is it more?

any help would be great. I have to submit my grocery list this evening so they can go buy it all for me.

I posted an answer in the other thread, but

FOOD FOR FIFTY suggests 3 lb 8 ounces for 2-121x20x2 hotel pans serving 48-8 ounce servings, so

three times that is 10 lb 8 ounces, I'd probably go 11 lbs.
