Hi! My name is Moet and I am a student at the Notter School of Pastry Arts, located in Orlando, Florida. I stumbled upon this forum a bit ago and have been lurking ever since! Now that I finally have my toe in the culinary world, I've decided that I may as well join and that way, hopefully, I'll be able to contribute some of the useful info that I pick up while at school.

Anyhow, I hope to meet a lot of equally passionate professionals and students through this site, and hopefully make some contacts within the pastry world as well ^.^

As you can see, we have lots of culinary students on the site - and there is a special section for you on the boards where you will meet lots of like-minded students!

We have all levels of skills here, from home cooks just starting out on their culinary journey, through enthusiastic amateurs (like me!) to mastgerchefs.

Please make time to read some of the wonderful articles on here, and view some of the amazing photographs. They will give you a real sense of the industry/art you wish to join.

Jump in on any thread you find interesting, or even start your own.
