Thanksgiving potluck. Peruvian recipes?

Hi all. This weekend, I'm hosting a pre-thanksgiving potluck for friends. I would like to impress a Peruvian girl who will be attending. Any suggestions for a Latin American (preferably Peruvian) side dish or dessert?

Also, I'm going to bake a ham, which I've never done. I'm just going to follow the below recipe, which seems fairly straight forward. But any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Are you sure that's the direction you want to go? Seems to me she'd be more impressed by you introducing her to American traditional foods. She already knows what Peruvian food is like.

Positive. There will be plenty of traditional food. And she has previously mentioned her love of Peruvian food and asked if I ever cook anything Latin American.

Also, motives aside, I think some sort of Latin dessert or side dish would be a nice addition to the meal.
