I'm not a professional either - more a very enthusiastic amateur!

I hope you will enjoy readings some of the amazing articles on the site and view some of the wonderful photographs.

Feel free to join in on any thread you find of interest, or even start your own topics. There is an area of the boards which is reserved for culinary professionals and is read-only for non-professionals - but they make interesting reading!
