Hello!

My name is Ashley and I am so happy I found an active cooking message board!

I love cooking and baking. Its a huge passion of mine. I do at home cake decorating for friends weddings, and birthdays and such.

Hello Ashley. You will find ChefTalk is a very friendly site with all levels of culinary ability from people like us, enthusiastic amateurs... to masterchefs!

Please join in on threads you find interesting, or start your own. There is an area of the boards for professionals - and that is read-only for those of us who are not in the culinary business - but they make fascinating reading, all the same!

There are quite a few bakers/cake decorators on the boards, so you will find a number of like-minded people here!
