Hello all

I am 38 years old and have been cooking since I was 13 years old in one way or another
I have never worked in the food industry but most of my friends are chefs or owners of restaurants
Right now I am studying French cuisine via Chef J Pepin's La Technique ( English version don't let the last name fool ya I cant speak French)
I hang out in some restaurant kitchen and get to help on the meez and have been invited to cook on the line ( **** NO the dinner rush and being between two Real Chefs terrifies me)
I look forward to learning all I can from everyone here
