With Thanksgiving coming up soon here in the US of A, we're starting to see various related to the usual suspects served at the holiday meal.

Something I did a while back was make a cranberry relish, but it was only half cranberry, the other half was rhubarb. Might be hard to find fresh rhubarb this time of year, but the result was quite tasty, a little twist on an old standby.
