The past few years I've made a high roast turkey and it's come out very well. I don't see why it wouldn't work with a turkey breast. True, I'd be missing a few necessities for the gravy, but it would really cut back on leftovers.
Anyone have any thoughts about a high roast breast over a mound of stuffing?
