Just wanted to say Hi to everyone as I've just joined the site and look forward to exploring it in depth. The little that I've seen so far is very impressive. I've been in the culinary industry on and off for about 5 years and the last few years of that I've been working on yachts and other less glamorous(though equally as enjoyable) charter vessels. I'm sure you'll like exploring here and entering into the wide community of cooking enthusiasts that join in. Huge range of experience here, from those who say they can't boil water, right thru to chefs and food writers, caterers and other private chefs.
