Marshmallow fondant....
Put in a large microwave proof bowl
Large bag (1 lb) of mini marshmallows
3 T. Water
Heat 30 seconds at a time in microwave 'til runny and smooth (stir each time)
Pour over 2 lb bag of powdered sugar and knead 'til smooth on a greased surface
Grease the surface of smooth ball of fondant, double wrap in plastic wrap and let set overnight. You can refrigerate and keep for a couple of weeks.
You can tint and/or add flavored oils if desired.
