Hi all, I'm Robin. I am a kitchen manager at a non-profit retreat center in Hudson Valley NY. I cooked in restaurants and bar & grills back 18 years ago, then left to pursue other things. I had recently gotten back into cooking for others and this time I love it, though I am not having too cook single entrees.
