^Seriously. With all the great recipes on this site, why would you be interested in something like this?

Personally, I like my slaw sweeter and find KFC's to be a bit overly spiced.

Fun website. Didn't realize how many fatty ingredients went into the McDonalds spicy mustard. V-8 juice in Olive Gardens pasta e fagioli??

They use a version very close to Marzetti's Coleslaw Dressing.

But it probably is how they make it. Maybe not V-8, but something from a jar/can.

It actually isnt made in the restaurants its done in a plant and reheated in the store.

The guy on the website is trying to do "reverse engineering" for the home cook and essentially what he has done is disected it the most basic way there is.
