  • Butter 30 g
  • Castor sugar 1/2 cup
  • Mangoes 2 sliced
  • Cointreau or grand marnier 2 tablespoons
Heat butter in pan, add sugar juice, stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Simmer, uncovered, without stirring, until syrup just begins to change color. Add mangoes and liqueur, ignite.
Serve immediately with sliced oranges if desired.
