I can get acorn and butternut squash for one more day at a market here outside Denver Colorado for 29 cents a pound. This is at the Sunflower Markets, I dont know if any of you are familiar with that store. (Spaghetti too)

Please include your favorite recipe including the above product should you wish to contribute to this post. You dont need to write down the whole method as I have a very fast internet connection and average to normal problem solving abilities.

Would pureeing the squash before storage make only certain recipes feasible?

This is less than half the best price I have seen so I will be freezing this in large amounts. I am thinking maybe 20 lbs or so.

Thanks for the feedback, I find this social interaction to be simply intoxicating.
