I currently am looking to purchase the following books:

Southern Cooking (Bill Neal)
The Glory of Southern Cooking (James Villas)
Classical Southern Cooking (Damon Lee Fowler)
Fried Chicken (Damon Lee Fowler)

Could anyone here give their opinion on these and/or suggest other books on American Southern cuisine?
