Hi everyone!

I am brand new to the site and was hoping that someone has some feedback/experience with San Francisco Baking Institute? It looks to be quite good and I like the option to go to Paris for a couple of weeks. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Ecole Superieure de cuisine Francaise - Ferrandi and that would be my dream but of course, also comes down to a matter of tuition, cost of living, etc. If you could please share any opinion on either school, I would really, really appreciate it.
