I'm trying to make some hard crunchy cookies out of these ingredients (These are some of the ingredients of home made cookies I have seen once, and I'm trying to make my own version)-

Oat Flour, Rolled Oats, Honey, Tapioca Starch, Unsalted Peanut Butter, Natural Pumpkin, Canola Oil,Cream of Tartar & Baking Soda.

I don't care about the taste at the moment, my goal is to get a consistent hard and crunchy long lasting cookies.

Can anyone help out with instructions and quantities?

I am total armature BTW...
