Not sure exactly what to post here, guess I'm just announcing my arrival. I used to be more adventurous with cooking when I had more free time, now since I'm so busy with work I don't have much time for cooking. But I love love love food. Always have. Started cooking with my mom when I was 3. I love the aromas, the combining of different textures and flavors to create an explosion of wonderfulness and joy in my mouth. I like flavorful, fun, delicious food that's also healthy. I've recently gone mostly wheat-free, though I do still eat some wheat occasionally. I also like to use sugar alternatives when I can. Ummmm, can't think of much else to say here... Looking forward to tapping into the collective culinary wisdom!

We have members from all around the world (I'm Scots) - and all levels of culinary ability to enthusiastic amateurs (like me!) to masterchefs, and all levels in between.
