anyone has a recipe for a using white chocolate chips and cream cheese frosting. I have only made cream cheese frosting but though white chocolate added would be more stable.. hoping I am correct?

Could you please post your CC icing recipe and what is unstable about it? Then describe what prep you plan to do with the white chocolate and how you propose to add it? Would be a huge help.

Why do you have to stabilize cream cheese iceing? If you want to make it white choc flavor beat in the soft melted choco. Keep in mind white choco is really not choco .In reality it is almost like margarine.:chef:
