I was wondering if anyone has good recommendations for restaurants, whatever down in Beaufort. I will be visiting the area in April for my son's graduation from basic training(Marines) and would appreciate any info on the area.
Fortunately I should be able to stay on base as my husband is a retired Marine, by saving money on the room I can spurge a little more on the food!

any one? i'm going down this week and hope to find a restaurant or 2? not too far from hilton head and flying into savannah.
