Favorite salts and herb mixes

Thread Starter
I thought that this would be an interesting thread to start to exchange ideas on types of salt and herb/ spice mixes that peop
le like to use in their kitchens.
For Salt
I like
Fleur de Sal
Lava Salt from Hawaii,
Pink Sea Salt
and of Course Kosher Salt,
I Hate iodized salt and have taken it out of every inventory that I took over.

For Herb Mix I make a five seasoning blend which is,
Ground Garlic, Onion Powder, Dry Thyme, Dry Sage, Black Pepper & Salt
I also like
Cardamon, Cinamon, Clove, Allspice & Mace
another is
Marjoram, Tarragon, Basil & Grated Orange Zest
another is
Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Brown Sugar, Cayenne Pepper, Coriander & Cardamon
another is
Curry Powder, Ground Dried Coconut Flakes (pulsed in a food processor) & Ground Sassafrass Leaves
For Curing Meats I like a mix of Brown Sugar, Salt, Crushed Red Pepper & Clove

I also like mixing Cayenne Pepper, Clove & Mace into chocolate (this will creat a euphoric experience if you don't beleive just try it, gotta feel the heat a teeny bit though and is not for everyone).

I have a few more but want to get the thread going before I put them all out there.

BTW
this is not intended for my competitors (just kidding)
