Very simple yet tasty!!

2 Glasses of white beans
2 Big white onions
2 Tablespoon of tomato paste
2 Tablespoon of butter
500 gr. Lamb meat (boneless, cut small pieces)
Salt (as much as you like)
6-7 Glasses of water

Let beans rest in water about a day, rinse and drain them. Cook the meat with butter about 10-12 min. Add the fine chopped onions and stir them constantly, cook it till all the juice is vaporized. Add tomato paste and 6-7 glasses of water. As soon as water starts boiling add beans and salt and let it cook. Keep the heat high. Check beans if they are soft or not once in a while, when you see that they are soft it means that your dish is ready.
