Is this possible to do?

I have a recipe that requires 2 heartshaped pans. I only have 1 and only use it every other year, so I can't justify buying another pan. My question is can I let the batter sit 30 minutes while the first half of the batter is baking?

A thirty minute gap will not make a difference.
