I use Epicurious for ideas sometimes. For instance, for Turkey for Thanksgiving, I'll search their recipes to get ideas of something I would like to do, maybe combine the best parts of 2 or 3 recipe ideas. Also, their culinary definition list is excellent (taken from the Food Lovers Dictionary).
