Freezing homemade grapefruit juice

A loclal store has grapefruit going for 8 for $1.  I was thinking of getting about 40 squeezing them and putting the juice in gallon ziplocks.

I know this is a perfect idea that cant be improved upon so I expect no replies.

Frozen fresh citrus juices have a tendency to separate when defrosted, and must be shaken well to recombine. So I prefer using glass or plastic containers, rather than zip locks.

Other than that you should have no problems.
