Food Ideas for a Breast Cancer Benifit on Cinco De Mayo

I am cooking for a charity event on cinco de mayo for breast cancer awareness.  I will be doing a fajita bar, as for some other ideas to go along with that I am putting in your hands.  approx.  100ppl.

handmade tortillas for carne asada and pico de gallo. guacamole , refried beans are a must. spanish rice, chips , salsas, polenta..

will it be an inside or outside event? beer?

I will be doing the pico and guacamole and refried beans on the fajita bar

There are many food that help prevent Breast cancer  like Vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage are good as well. And also known to us a green leafy vegetable best prevention for breast cancer.Omega-3 fatty acids is also best for this it found in fish like tuna and salmon .Foods which are antioxidant-rich include: blueberries, squash and especially tomatoes that what i have know so far.

As a consumer, and not as a chef/manager etc, I know that for a Breast Cancer benefit, I would be really appreciative to see cancer-fighting foods on the menu. Not only are you raising money for Breast Cancer, but raising awareness of really positive eating too.

Yeah thats the first thing we must learn , being aware of what we eat. prevention is better than cure. We must be clever of this because it start usually there.
