Hey guys, I'm a 21 year old cook that just moved to LA for cooking/music. I start my first night at the Saddle Ranch on sunset and it's St. Patty's day. (yikes!) I'm more trained in high-volume prep but I have been doin line cooking the last two years. Any pointers?
