hood system cleaning

I would like to know how often do you clean your stainless on your hoods???? nightly, weekly?? I'm putting together a cleaning maintanence schedule and trying to get an idea about others cleaning schedules......do you have a nightly check list??? I could use a blank template if someopne has one ....

drip pans and filters should be pulled and washed every night. the rest of the hood should be thoroughly cleaned once a week.

We used to do the outside weekly as well as grease traps weekly or as needed. Full steam cleaning quarterly.

 Pans, filters, and fan covers(if your system has them) go into the dish sink nightly.  The rest gets scrub weekly and a pro comes in every three months.

If I could convince the restaurant's I service of the importance, sadly many don't get it.
