For a smoothie...uhm...any fruit plus ice and throw it in a blender!

even better, put the fruit in the freezer in small pieces and then throw that in the blender with milk or yoghurt

I would suggest you to make this energy chocolate smoothie if you need dairy free and vegan. It is tasty and perfect if you wanna slim.

It is made with organic unsweetened chocolate and has no added sugar and rich in cacao antioxidants.

Here's the recipe

INGREDIENTS:

3 FROZEN BANANAS

1/2 CUP 100% ORGANIC DARK CHOCOLATE

2 TBSP. COCOA POWDER

2 CUPS ICE

8 FL. OZ. BREWED COFFEE

2 CUPS ALMOND MILK

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with crushed roasted cocoa beans.
