One of the best meals I’ve ever had was at a restaurant In New Zealand called Saffron. I had the Havoc Pork belly poached in Shao Zing wine, Ginger, Tamarind & Coriander with Prawns, Tomato & Cashew nut relish it was so delicious! What made the experience even better was the view from the area! I was looking up photos of the area to show my friends and I came across this video! Watch it and you will see what I mean!
