Hello Everyone! I'm new here. Ever since I was little I have loved helping my mom in the kitchen. As a young teen I would "experiment" and cook dinner for my family at our home cafe. (it was just my family of course)Now that I'm getting ready to graduate in May, I find myself scared to death yet super excited at the same time. Long story short the old train station building in our town has been up for sale forever! It has sat there abandoned, helpless, begging for someone to bring it back to life....which is exactly what I hope to do. Ever since I got out of school I've had my eye on that building that one day, my family and I would own it, and turn it into the town's most popular cafe/ restaurant. First we have to do some work to the building but then it's off to the races. I've only worked under people before, but never in my life have I been left to make decisions!! So that's my story in a nutshell.

I'm going to ask for creative names for the cafe and for recipes if anyone would be so kind to share ideas on an appropriate section in the forum.

Thanks! Nice to meet you all! <3
