How do you snack healthy?

I'd love to hear everybody's answer to my question.

As for me, I try to stick to healthy snacks like fruits or fiber-rich biscuits or granola bars. If I'm craving for something unhealthy like junk food and sweets, I do indulge but only in small servings. I wouldn't resist it. What about you guys?

I like hummus and pita.  Half a pita bread with a huge dollop of hummus is under 200 calories.

Of course whole foods like apples, celery sticks, jicama, all can be readily available in the fridge.

my healthy snack:  tuna on whole wheat bread.  i use low fat mayo no salt and tuna in water.  then i just top it with some lettuce... yummy healthy goodness!

i dont, not trying to be  a jerk or anything. my snack is bone marrow at work or bread with mascapone or bread with anything. at home its a lil more different. kuan hummus and pita is always a good snack, i like roasted red pepper hummus, deliciouse

There's usually some fruit nearby, right now I enjoy a piece of matzoh with some fruit, other times I might make a quick salad with home made vinaigrette - real simple and quick if there are some bagged salad greens around - always try to keep a bag handy for a quick salad fix.  Sometimes I'll snack on soup or left overs, or a piece of cheese.  Yesterday I sent out for a sausage and mushroom pizza <LOL>

If you want something sweet heres an idea. Buy some pectin, and find out the instructions to make sugar free jellies( not what you spread on bread, but jellies in the shape of caramels with a texture like dots candy I think they're called). Once you have made these, if you can find them, buy miracle berrys. They make everything sweet for an hour. Chew on a miracle berry for about 10-15 seconds then you can eat those little jellies you made and they'll be just like candy, except it's just fruit. Also, take a miracle berry if you feel like you're about to eat something hearty, like leftover pizza or meatloaf or something bad for you. If you even try to eat, you'll stop eating because everything will taste so sweet and it will be disgusting. My older brother used this all the time for his diet, even though he was already perfectly fit, he wanted to get to 13% body fat, and he just had those as snacks and dessert, they work really good for anybodys diet. Just don't roll them in superfine sugar like Thomas Keller did, where I got the recipe from. I found this recipe last year, 1 and a half months into learning how to cook. I thought, I could make a sugar free version to( for my brother). This is a play on words, as Thomas Keller calls these, his petite fours, peanut butter and jelly, it's yuzu jellies(shown below), concord grape jellies, and peanut butter truffles.

I roast nuts: almonds, cashews, peanuts, hazelnuts and seeds: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and freshly roasted (within a week of roasting), they are all heavenly and healthy (if you don't overindulge). I don't add salt but occasionally for a change, when freshly roasted and still hot, sprinkle a tiny bit of oil and salt on them. Yummmmmmmm!
No better snacks.

In addition, I do snack with dark chocolates maybe three times a week, they say it has anti-oxidants that are really good for the body...
