Sure, Swedish meatballs, pickled herring, smoked salmon - what are some other ideas?

I ended up making a cream of salmon soup, lohikeitto in Finnish, laxsoppa in Swedish.  I have no idea how to pronounce those words.

Hopefully the folks at the Scandinavian dance party will enjoy it.  She liked it, I thought it was a bit bland, could have used a shot of lemon juice or something.

This maybe too late re. suggestions, but as far as Scandinavian food, if Finland is included-how about pulla- a  Finnish sweet bread.  Korvapuustit is a version I tried when on holiday there-made with cardamon and  cinnamon.
