I never could stand zucchini bread - it either tasted of vegetables or tasted of too much cinnamon, way too one-dimensional - though i do love carrot cake, because carrots have a mild slightly sweet flavor and they add moistness without imposing a too-strong flavor that would require covering up. I thought avocado might be similar (yeah, of course, way more expensive). It might also be useful for those who need to avoid animal fats, i would guess, but that's not my problem. I just like its creamy texture and thought it might be used in something.
I don't have enough time to experiment any more, but maybe someone has a recipe they've tried?
