Alton Brown

I was watching Good Eats as i usually do, and i thought what would i do if i met Alton Brown and other than a million Questions i dont have any idea what i would do i think if i asked him to help me cook dinner or any thing for that matter id be completely embarassed but the chocolate episodes are what i want to discuss who has seen them??

Can't help you, sorry. I never watch Alton Brown. To me he's an incredible turn-off, for several reasons.

 

But if you've got chocolate questions, ask away. I'm sure some of our members can anwer any question you have.

ok well i have liked the show because of the science content, science was always my formost interest and finding it in food was my gateway here, anyway i wanted to know how i could make a very large bar of chocolate i undersand there is difficulty with milk chocolate?

Haha, well, Brown and others probably always get a lot of questions from random people.

 

If I were to meet a celebrity chef? I'd offer him or her a bowl of Kraft Mac n Cheese.
