Email from Paypal today saying Subscriptionhas been cancelled by ChefTalk.com.

Greetings!

 

Today I received the following email from paypal

 

"Your subscription to Premium Membership - $1.00 per month or $12.00 per year Subscriptionhas been cancelled by ChefTalk.com.

You will not be billed for this subscription again."

 

It has not been a year yet and I paid the 12$ so I am confused as to what is going on.

That just means Paypal won't autobill you again, your premium membership should still be good.

 

Maybe they are changing their billing software or something.

Your memberships are still good we just turned off the auto-bill. One of our users did not realize the system auto-renews and was pretty upset. We thought we would just turn off the auto renew and when it comes time if you want you can renew your subscription.
