I'm not much of a bread maker, this was the first loaf I have done in a while.
It seems overall pretty good, the bottom was a bit hard though, and the inside dough seemed a little dense.
4.5C flour 2C Water, 1 packet quick rise yeast, 2t salt, 1t sugar, kneeded for 5 min in the mixer on 6, then a little by hand, let rest 1.5 hrs, then formed, let rest 30 min, brushed with egg wash, baked at 400 for 30 min.
