I have been trying a new cheesecake idea and i cant seem to get it to cook. It is layered lemon cake, raspberry cheesecake, lemon cake, raspberry cheesecake. I tried cooking the cheesecake without a crust and then baked the lemon cake on top. The top cooked but the center did not. So i then tried it the opposite way and used the cake as the crust to the cheesecake and it didnt cook at all, however the cheesecake did. I baked both in a water bath, and before i try again i was hopping to get a little advice. Thanks

The required cooking environments are too different. This is something you assemble after cooking everything separately.
