I'm Samantha, I'm a nutrition student, and very interested in the culinary aspect of nutrition. This summer, while I have some time on my hands, I was really hoping to take some cooking classes or something, and learn a little more than I already know about food. Unfortunately, my current location is somewhat limiting. I'm hoping that this site and these forums can act as a sort of substitute for classes, and hoping to get advice from chefs/at-home cooks/fellow foodies/anyone who would like to help me out with tips, healthy recipes, etc.
